What is collected

When you fill in the plan form, the details you type are collected: your name, business name, contact details and answers about your business. The page address, how you arrived (for example a campaign link) and the referring site are recorded alongside them.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand visits in aggregate, such as pages viewed and where visitors come from. Google may set cookies to do this.

How it is used

• To write and send the plan you asked for
• To contact you about that plan by email, phone or WhatsApp
• To understand which pages and campaigns work, in aggregate

Your details are not sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing. There is no newsletter unless you ask for one.

Where it is stored

Form answers are stored in a private Google Sheet that only One Man Marketing can access. If you message on WhatsApp or email, those conversations stay in those services. Google, Meta and Apple process this data under their own terms.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so earlier conversations can be picked up again, then deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to hasmukh.kalal@icloud.com. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
